Privacy & pilot limits
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Public team contact: CR Administration, contentreadypilot@gmail.com. This team label is not a registered company name. External pilot admission remains pending completion of the operator and data-handling arrangements.
What the service stores
We store account email, password hashes where a password is set, project settings, questions, saved templates, answers, material links and designer feedback. The application and its database run on Render in Frankfurt, Germany. Uploaded files first enter protected temporary storage in that database. Files moved to our private primary object storage are held by PS Cloud in Almaty, Kazakhstan; project metadata stays in Frankfurt. Linked files stay with the storage provider you choose. Files are not scanned for malware; download only materials you trust.
Limited activity records contain account/project IDs, action names and timestamps, without answer text or material links. IDs are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We use account information for sign-in, recovery and service messages; project information for collecting, reviewing and exporting materials; and limited activity and security records to operate and protect the service. Servers also receive connection information to deliver the website. Application rate limits use hashed network addresses; the hosting provider may keep its own connection logs.
When you create an account from a tagged campaign link, we keep only fixed campaign labels with that account to compare signups, project activity, verified payment observations and refunds. This serves our legitimate interest in understanding which campaigns bring customers. Labels are not anonymous while linked to an account; private reports contain aggregate counts. We do not keep raw referrers, search terms, click identifiers or arbitrary URL values for this purpose. Campaign tags remain in page memory and tagged internal links, without marketing cookies or browser storage. Temporary signup associations expire with their email or Google setup flow and are removed during maintenance; account attribution and billing observations are removed on account deletion. You can object by contacting support.
Cookies and browser storage
Our first-party cr_session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. The cr_google cookie protects a Google sign-in or account-linking attempt for up to 10 minutes. These cookies support the requested sign-in process; they are not advertising identifiers. Blocking them may prevent sign-in.
When you choose Light or Dark, contentready.theme stores that preference in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear site data. The sun-and-moon switch changes the theme. New browsers start in Dark. This preference is not sent as an analytics identifier. The current site has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. We do not store answer text or private client links in browser local storage.
Optional services
The current pilot’s optional draft helper uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Your designer must enable it and you must consent before three selected notes and the relevant question are sent. Existing project answers, material links and contact details are not included. No second model checks every answer, and no reserve provider is active in this pilot. Review Cloudflare’s data policy for retention exceptions and its no-training commitment.
If the separately enabled “Shorten my introduction” option is available, it sends only the answer text shown in its form to Cloudflare after your explicit consent. Other answers, links and files are excluded. It shares the same request allowance and does not replace or submit your answer without your action. Check that facts, numbers, conditions and tone are preserved.
Suggestions are briefly held in server memory; applying one saves it as an ordinary answer draft. Metering records do not contain your notes or generated text. Account-level monthly counts record successful suggestions and short-lived pending reservations. Counts for months older than the previous calendar month are removed during scheduled maintenance; deleting an account removes its counts. Deleting a project does not reset the account allowance. AI request records include the notice version, chosen action and confirmation time; these records do not contain the text you send. Suggestions are not submitted or approved automatically.
Resend sends account confirmation and recovery messages using your email address; project answers and material links are not included. Account email links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Google sign-in shares your Google identifier and email with ContentReady. We do not request Gmail, Drive or contacts access, and do not keep Google access tokens or receive your Google password. Matching emails alone do not merge accounts.
Sharing, export and deletion
Anyone holding a client link can access its project until the designer replaces or revokes the link, or archives the project. Share links privately and only provide materials you have permission to share. Do not include credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information.
A designer provides project details and chooses who receives a request link. Clients provide the answers and files they save. For questions about why a designer requested particular material, contact that designer. You may also contact ContentReady about how the service handles your data; a client does not need a designer account to raise a privacy request.
Designers can export their materials and delete their account and projects in Account settings after confirming their identity. Saved templates, studio branding and the last accepted comparison version are also deleted. Each question keeps one accepted text version and file metadata for comparison; removed file metadata is removed from that comparison. No separate copy of deleted files is kept for comparison. Archiving preserves data and is not deletion.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email contentreadypilot@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to ask about export, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Describe your request without sending passwords, private access links or identity documents. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing data and will explain any applicable limits. You may complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.
AI assistance is optional: close its form without consenting to keep writing manually. For reminders, use “Stop reminders” on your client page or the stop link in a reminder email. Stopping future reminders does not delete already saved project material. For other consent or deletion requests, contact support. A withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.
Support email is handled through Google Gmail and includes the address, message and any attachments you choose to send. OpenAI tools assist with reviewing support messages and preparing replies; requests requiring an organizer's decision are referred to them. Avoid including client material or sensitive information in support messages.
When you use the signed-in Feedback form, we store the topic, message, receipt and submission time with your account for private review. Your account email identifies the sender. We do not automatically include project contents or private links, send an email, or forward the message to another form provider. You can download your messages from the form; deleting your account removes them from the active service. Backup retention below also applies.
Backups and pilot end
We keep local application backups on the Render disk and daily encrypted backups in private PS Cloud object storage in Astana, Kazakhstan. Backups include account and project metadata and separate encrypted copies of files held in primary object storage. Local database snapshots alone cannot recover files that have moved to object storage. Recovery from the independent storage has been tested. Primary files in Almaty and encrypted backups in Astana use separate private storage destinations; the active application database remains in Frankfurt.
Deleting an account or file removes it from the active service but does not immediately erase older backup copies. We keep a separate record of deletions and apply it during verified recovery so that deleted material is not restored to the active service. Local managed application backups expire within 30 days. The configured PS Cloud bucket policy expires backup objects after 14 days and older object versions after 7 days; these settings do not establish a deletion deadline for the provider's own internal copies.
Render also maintains disk snapshots. The maximum retention of Render snapshots and PS Cloud's internal copies has not been confirmed. We cannot yet promise a final deletion deadline for every provider-held copy. Contact support with questions about backup retention or a deletion request.
A pilot end date must be communicated and recorded for the participant before the 30-day export window starts. We do not infer an end date from inactivity. Contact support about continued use, deletion or backup retention.
Project reminders
When the Email reminders control is available, clients can opt into reminders through Resend by confirming their own email. We store the address, consent, delivery identifiers and schedule. Messages include a private request link and a stop link; no answer text or files are sent by email. Reminders run every three days while work remains, up to six messages, within the shared pilot mail quota. Unsubscribe links stop future messages; an in-flight email may still arrive. Delivery failures pause the schedule.
Support and current limits
Support is AI-assisted, with requests that need a decision referred to the organizer. Do not email passwords, sign-in links, private client links or material contents. Free pilot accounts have one active project. Billing is not available. Designers can add a studio name, welcome and PNG logo to their client requests. Confirm the completed pilot arrangements before sharing real client materials.
