These terms explain use of the ContentReady pilot. Our public team contact is CR Administration, at contentreadypilot@gmail.com. This team label is not a registered company name. External pilot admission remains pending completion of the operator and data-handling arrangements.

What ContentReady provides

ContentReady is self-service software for collecting and reviewing website materials. Designers create projects and questions, share private request links, and review client answers, links and uploaded files. Clients use their request link to provide materials and respond to feedback. Access is delivered through this website; we do not sell bespoke writing, design or website-building services.

The current pilot

Accounts require an invitation. The pilot is free and includes one active project per account. Paid subscriptions, real checkout and automatic subscription renewals are not available. The public demo uses fictional materials and does not create a real client project. Features and quotas shown in the application describe current availability, not a promise of unlimited capacity or uninterrupted service.

Your account and materials

Keep your sign-in credentials and private client links secure. A client link grants access to its project until it is replaced or revoked, or the project is archived. Only upload or share materials you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights to your materials; providing them permits ContentReady to store, process and display them for the service as described in the privacy notice.

Do not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Uploaded files are not scanned for malware; open only files you trust.

Optional assistance

AI assistance requires the relevant project setting and separate consent before the displayed inputs are sent to the named provider. Suggestions may be inaccurate. Review facts, permissions and wording before using them. Applying a suggestion saves a draft; it does not automatically submit or approve your work. Manual writing remains available.

Export, deletion and the end of a pilot

Export materials from each project’s “Downloads & export” section. Account settings provide account deletion after identity confirmation. Archiving preserves a project and closes client access; it is not deletion. The privacy notice explains storage, backup limits and deletion. A participant's pilot end date must be communicated and recorded before their 30-day export window starts; inactivity alone does not start that window.

Payments and changes

The refund policy describes the free pilot and our 7-day first-payment guarantee for future paid subscriptions. Joining the pilot does not authorize future charges. Before any paid offer becomes available, its price, billing interval, cancellation and refund terms will be presented for review before purchase. If you buy through Paddle, Paddle acts as reseller and its buyer terms and refund policy also apply; our guarantee does not limit mandatory rights or Paddle's refund authority.

Updates to these terms will be published here with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing participants will be communicated before taking effect. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
